The Prom.

Each year, our community comes together for a very special evening — The Prom - our Annual Fundraising Event — a celebration of compassion, connection, and the power of giving back.

This wonderful event supports the heart of our mission: providing high-quality, person-centered care for adults with early-onset dementia—who may be frail, isolated, or living with physical or cognitive challenges and offering vital support to their families and caregivers.

Whether you’re attending in honor of a loved one, to support a meaningful cause, or simply to make a lasting impact — your presence matters.
