How do I enroll a loved one?

Do you provide lunch?

A fresh, nutritious lunch is served daily, provided by The Thompson Center in Woodstock, VT. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day. We accommodate all dietary needs, restrictions, and personal preferences. Our on-site kitchen is also used to prepare special requests and food items for enrichment activities.

Do you provide transportation?

Transportation is NOT provided by The Upper Valley Adult Day Care. Families must arrange transportation to and from the center.
