Tournament Details
Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026
Location: Maxfield Sports Complex, Hartford, VT
First Game: 8:00 AM
Format: Double-Elimination Tournament
Game Length: Approximately 45 minutes
Championship Game: Held at the conclusion of tournament play

You don't have to be an athlete to play! Put together a team of coworkers, friends, family members, or community members and come join us.
This is a community event focused on fun, teamwork, friendly competition, and supporting a great local cause.
IMPORTANT PLAYER INFORMATION
Every team member must complete a Participant Waiver & Release before participating in the tournament.
Waivers may be completed in advance or during team check-in. Players will receive a tournament wristband once their required paperwork has been completed.
No completed waiver = no wristband = no participation.

Proceeds from the Community Kickball Tournament benefit Upper Valley Adult Day Care, a local nonprofit providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for older adults and adults who need additional support during the day.
Funds raised through events like this help support participant programming, caregiver respite, transportation, therapeutic activities, and other services that allow us to continue meeting the needs of families throughout our community.
