You're Not Alone in Caregiving

At Upper Valley Adult Day Care, we’re more than just a place for aging adults—we’re a partner in your caregiving journey.

Caring for a loved one at home can be deeply rewarding, filled with love, laughter, and connection. But it can also be overwhelming, emotional, and exhausting. If you’re feeling that way, know that it’s completely normal—and you’re taking a healthy step by being here.

Our goal is to support you, the caregiver, as you work to keep your loved one at home and out of long-term care. We offer professional, compassionate day services in a safe and supportive environment—giving you time to rest, recharge, and care for yourself, too.

Asking for help isn’t always easy, but it’s okay—and necessary. At Upper Valley Adult Day Care, we understand what you're going through, and we’re here to Share the Care.
